Hi, I'm Julie and I'm a member of the GTE travelling team. I began my grooming career in 2000 and I am a fully qualified groomer and tutor and a Member of the Guild of Master Groomers. I am a strong believer in qualifications and education in grooming and have been teaching at my successful salon, Dogs Delight in London, since 2005. I have competed in Hand stripping in both the UK and internationally for many years and achieved my goal of becoming a Groom Team member in the hand strip category in 2017. A goal of which I am very proud!
Hi, I'm Cheryl and I represent the “Pure Breed Scissor” division of GTE.
I started my grooming career in 1997 as a trainee apprentice, for the past 16 years I have successfully run my own grooming salon based in south west London. I love grooming all scissored breeds but my heart is with the Kerry Blue Terriers . I own a Standard Poodle and a Kerry Blue Terrier and have had great success competing and showing with my Kerry Blues.
Hi, I'm Kirsty and I represent the "Poodle" class for Groom Team England. I began my grooming career as a child helping my mum with her show Poodles. I have a successful grooming salon and training school based in South Shields, near Newcastle upon Tyne. I love learning and sharing my knowledge with others. I own 3 Standard and 1 Toy Poodle and am a keen exhibitor of the breed having owned champions in Standards. My motto is Keep Grooming - Dream Big - Make it Happen!
Hi, I'm Costin and I represent the "Handstrip" class for GTE at the World Championships in 2022. I started dog grooming in 2013 and entered my first competition in 2015.
I have a very successful grooming salon based in Godalming Surrey.
I love my job very much and I’m trying to specialise in more than one breed as I would love to become an all round groomer .
I own 12 dogs of my own, 5 of which are Fox Terriers and this year I want to start to show my own dogs.
Hi, I'm Denise and I make up part of the travelling team for Groom Team England. I started my grooming career in 2002 and am fully qualified and a Member of the Guild of Master Groomers. I currently run my successful grooming salon and training school, Dee for Dogs, in Essex. I have been a GTE member since 2015 representing the Poodle class, and have won multiple grooming events both in the UK and abroad and I am also a judge for the European Grooming Association. I show my miniature Poodles and have had success in the show ring. I am an assessor and examiner for the grooming qualifications and love to learn and share my knowledge.
Hi, I'm Amy and I represent the 'Spaniel and Setter' Class as a part of the team. I have been a Team Member since 2015 by consistently winning competitions at home and overseas. I have been involved in both dog showing and grooming since 1997 and now own a successful grooming school and salon in Whatton, near Nottingham. I am a fully qualified groomer and a Member of the Guild of Master Groomers. I have been lucky enough in my show and grooming career to judge, compete and share my knowledge across the world and have had multiple breed champions and Best in Show grooming wins.
